OUR STORY
TIMO was born from a genuine love for real pizza, rooted in the Neapolitan tradition. What started as a simple passion has grown into a way of bringing people together, sharing authentic, delicious food at gatherings across the Algarve and beyond.
Behind the oven is a skilled pizzaiolo with over 15 years of experience and three consecutive wins at the Belgium Pizza Competition. Each pizza is hand-stretched and cooked right in front of your guests.

NEAPOLITAN SIMPLICITY
Our pizzas are made with slow-fermented dough for lightness and depth of flavour, then baked at 450°C for a soft, airy crust with just the right crisp. This long fermentation process enhances both texture and taste, giving the dough its signature character.
Every recipe is thoughtfully crafted to let each ingredient shine. Respecting tradition while celebrating the richness of what’s local, fresh, and true. We also offer vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, so everyone can savour a slice.
BEYOND PIZZA
Our passion extends beyond the oven.
We craft abundant grazing boards featuring local cheeses and cured meats, vibrant seasonal side dishes, and delicious homemade desserts. All sourced and prepared with integrity and intention.

Here at TIMO, we have dedicated extensive time and energy to sourcing the finest ingredients, combining select Italian staples with fresh, ethically sourced produce from trusted Algarve producers.
